When Dignitas returned to the CS: GO scene in January this year, engaging four veterans from the legendary Ninjas in Pyjamas, there was a sense of interest. This, however, quickly turned into doubts, when it turned out that the Scandinavian squad looked worse than most would have wanted — so reshuffles were inevitable. And it happened a few weeks ago.
Christopher “GeT_RiGhT” Alesund and Richard “Xizt” Landström, whose future remains unknown at the moment, landed on the bench in mid-September. The names of the players who will replace the two experienced Swedes are also unknown, although some clues have emerged. Rumors hit the internet a few days ago that the players of the American organization are testing two new players, which were Ludvig “HEAP” Alonso from Begrip Gaming and Haris “H4RR3” Hadžić from Nordavind DNB. The latter officially joined Dignitas today as the fourth member of the squad.
Interestingly, H4RR3 is a good friend of Håkon “hallzerk” Fjærli, who is already in the squad. After all, both Norwegians jointly defended the colors of Nordavind, although Hadžić’s adventure with this formation was quite turbulent.
Suffice it to say that in just two years he has managed to land on the bench, walk away, come back to tests, get promoted, walk away again and come back as a stand-in, only to then win a permanent place on the roster again. “I feel excited, proud and motivated to get better with Dignitas. Thank you for this opportunity,” the 23-year-old did not hide his joy at finalizing the transfer.
In this situation, the composition of Dignitas is as follows:
- Patrik “f0rest” Lindberg
- Adam “friberg” Friberg
- Håkon “hallzerk” Fjærli
- Haris “H4RR3” Hadžić
- Halvor “vENdetta” Gulestøl – coach
